As we approach the Yamim Noraim, the Ohel Jacob Synagogue in Lisbon opens its doors for a time of pause, listening, and reconnection.

Rosh haShanah and Yom Kippur invite us to look back on the year that has passed, to give thanks, to repair, to renew our intentions, and to imagine the year ahead with hope. Between the sound of the shofar, the melodies of tradition, and the silence of reflection, we wish to experience these days together — with depth, simplicity, and a sense of community.

Everyone is welcome: families, visitors, long-standing members, and those approaching our community for the first time. It will be a joy to welcome you and share these moments of prayer, memory, teshuvah, and hope.
